Letting Go of Negative Thoughts and their
impact on our health and life. Joanna and I
accompanied AlexSandra at her book
signing afterward to educate the attendees
on our services for bettering their health.

I was initiated into the Friendly City Civitan
Club. This is the Durham Chapter of
Civitan International. I have been elected
President-Elect for 2007-2008.
"It is an honor to be asked to help lead a
wonderful group of people who are making
a great difference in our community and the
world. I look forward to my participation in
Civitan and am honored to be a part of this
wonderful organization."

I spoke to 200 students at Lee County
High School in North Carolina. I shared
my knowledge and expertise with
students ages 14-18.

Holland and Nancy Cheek discussing the
importance of glyconutrients to our optimal
health.
Dr. Godenick is a family practitioner who
focuses on glyconutrients. Dr. Godenick
was giving a talk in Graham, NC about
nutrition and how to take an active role in
your own healthcare.
